Mostly positive comments about staff professionalism and a relaxing experience lift the score, and good online booking/locations help access; however inconsistent technical outcomes and a clear complaint about unexpected charges, plus a lack of explicit clinical credentials on the website, lower the overall rating.

I used to come here many years ago when the service was very good, so I decided to return. I had a gel refill done 4 weeks ago, but unfortunately the experience was disappointing. The entire soak-off and refill process took around 3 hours, which is much longer than expected. At places like Beauty Connection, the same service is usually done by two technicians and takes about 1 hour 15 minutes. More importantly, the gel application was not done properly. The nails were not smooth or even, and there are visible bumps and waves. I only noticed how uneven they were when I took photos recently. I wanted to share this feedback so you’re aware and can improve the quality of the service.

I am probably here almost every week and always happy with their service but today i decided to actually review it. ROSHANI & MARJON did a fab job for my nails..loved it LINDI made sure I was relaxing while the treatment was done. Loved the back massage & JENSHIA was super gentle with her service.

Excellent service as usual! The staff were so professional, kind and polite. Thank you Marika and Pearly. Thank you Jamaica for being professional and answering all my queries.

I’ve come here now quite a few times, and although the staff is really lovely, they always add on a whole bunch of random things to the bill at the end that makes the entire experience feel terrible. I just wanted a simple soak off and nail therapy for my feet and hands. The manicurist asked if I would like to add one thing which would be inclusive at 161aed. So I said ok. But then they added some kind of lavender scrub and another weird clay mask thing? I have no idea if it’s part of what I originally booked. Then at the end they just keep adding and adding on things I never agreed to. I was on my phone working the entire time so when they add these things I barely pay attention. When I got home - even with all of this “nail strengthening”, four of my nails had cracked as the manicurist had shaved off too many layers of my fingernails. I’m just done with this place. 600aed for four cracked nails after nail therapy. Look at how extremely thin my nails are now… they have no strength at all. And I’m 37 weeks pregnant - when my nails should be thick! She just kept shaving it down and now they flip over and flop and crack. Just as an update a few days later and almost all of my nails are bleeding under my nails because they are so thin. I have never had this happen before. My nails are ruined for the next three months right before I have a baby. This was meant to be a nice experience before I had a newborn.
