This was my first experience at this salon and unfortunately a very disappointing one. These nails were done only 2 weeks ago, yet they already show lifting, uneven shape, visible gaps near the cuticles and poor finishing. For such a short time, this level of deterioration is unacceptable. What makes this even more disappointing is that this is a very expensive salon, and the quality does not match the price at all. For what I paid, I expected professional workmanship, attention to detail, and durability, none of which were delivered. Dear owner, thank you for your reply. I was called immediately after my feedback and requested to come to fix my nails. Since 3 days whoever called me and is in contact with me by WhatsApp has not been able to accommodate the appointment not even answering, which that is more sad than the quality of nails I got. I’ve been a loyal client for almost a year, since I arrived in Dubai, and I absolutely love this salon! 💅 The atmosphere is amazing, and the girls are always so friendly and professional. A huge thank you to Heaven, who takes care of me at every appointment — she’s truly one of the most professional nail therapists I’ve met in 15 years of experience. We recently moved to Dubai and it’s the first nail salon I stopped by here! We’re currently staying by the Dubai Marina so this place was very close to us. Walked in on a Sunday afternoon without an appt and I was appointed a nail tech right away but it was a full house so I got lucky! The menu/colour selection is on a tablet so it’s a lot cleaner and more modern looking. I always go with my usual pearl white nail colour so I asked the to find something. They didn’t have exactly the shade but it was pretty close. They have brand new, sanitized tools for each customer. There are a bunch of add on options to truly feel extra pampered! Highly recommend :)
Great experience with lovely staff! Made me feel really comfortable and relaxed too. I did a manicure by Karmina who was lovely, attentive and very welcoming. The place itself is so clean and makes for a relaxing environment! Would definitely recommend and come again.
The best nail spa I have ever seen in Dubai. Very welcoming and comfort is the best: I did my pedicure and nails perfectly satisfied thank to Mrs. Abel she is an excellent pedicure therapist. She advised me for nail serum and excellent outcome I will always be going to this nail spa in Marina never seen like here before excellent ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
