I absolutely love coming for my Russian nails with Atefeh. Her work is always incredibly clean, and her technique is truly impressive. My nails not only look beautiful but also last so long every time. She’s also such a lovely person to chat with — it feels like catching up with a friend, not just an appointment. I’ve been her client for over a year now and honestly couldn’t imagine going to anyone else. I’ve also had my pedicure done with Marichel, and she did a wonderful job. She’s very patient, detail-oriented, and made the whole experience really comfortable. Highly recommend both!

Loyal to TNS for more than a decade now but I’ve just visited TNS MOE after the renovation and it looks amazing! Huge thanks to Anja for taking such great care of me, the lovely reception ladies for the warm welcome, and manager Fahimeh for running such a great team! I’m incredibly disappointed by the news of my nail technician being moved to the branch in DIFC without any notice. I have been coming to the Nail Spa for the past ten years, a loyal customer who has never gone elsewhere. The reason I’ve stayed loyal is due to the skill and wonderful experience I always receive from Autumn in MOE. When asked why she was being moved I received no response and no answer, my WhatsApp has been ignored. Autumn has a lot of regular customers some also friends of mine that are also feeling very angry of this change. Why move a team member with a huge loyal customer base in MOE to a completely different location for no reason? DIFC is 45mins to 1 hour away from me. It seems you are not putting your regular loyal customers first, instead focusing on new walk in customers. During this very tough situation we are all in, surely you would be prioritising your loyal customers who are still coming and spending money with you. There has been no thought into this from that end. Once my package is finished during my next appt, I will not be coming back to the Nail Spa. I always thought that your customers came first, now this has changed and it’s very disappointing.
I always come here to get my nails done with Rhea and she’s honestly the best. She just gets the shape right every time, even when I barely explain what I want.
