I had such a wonderful experience at The Nail Pavilion! From the moment I walked in, the team was so welcoming and attentive. The service was top-notch, they really take their time and make sure every detail is perfect. The salon feels luxurious yet comfortable, and my nails have never looked better. Definitely my new go-to spot in Dubai!

I write this review with a heavy heart, as I have been a loyal customer of Nail Pavilion salon for over five years, having received my manicures, pedicures, waxing, and even massages exclusively there. This review does not and should not concern or affect the wonderful staff who work there; I am still very happy with the quality of the service I receive. However, yesterday, I arrived in the afternoon for my regular service only to discover the following: The salon is undergoing significant reconstruction. The air conditioning is barely working throughout the entire salon, making it hot and humid inside. I have no idea how the staff can spend the entire day in such conditions. The space is full of workers who talk loudly, sing, and yell. There is drilling and regular construction noise coming from behind the sliding door, which is not even fully closed. Additionally, there is a strong smell of paint, concrete, and cement in the room where I was getting my nails done. Hair services have been moved to the same small room as the nail stations, so on top of the construction noise, there is also the sound of hair dryers. I had booked a classic manicure and pedicure in advance, but when I arrived, I was informed that only two chairs had water available for pedicures, and both were occupied by other clients who had just started. I had to wait until someone completed their nails and then had to ask another customer to switch with me. There is almost no space in the room; you can’t even access the bathroom normally because someone is sitting at the entrance receiving hair services. Most importantly, no one informed me in advance when I booked that construction was ongoing in the salon, and there was no information about it on the website or social media. It goes without saying that we all come to the salon to relax and have an enjoyable experience, which is why we pay a premium for these services. When I finally finished my nails and requested a 30% discount for all the inconveniences I had to endure, the owner of Nail Pavilion declined my request. To say that I am shocked is an understatement. This response is both disappointing and disheartening. The salon has been in need of updates for a long time, but I could not have imagined that the owners would choose to undertake such renovations at the expense of their loyal clients' comfort. They could have adjusted the salon's working hours, closed for a few weeks, or shifted their business to Barari. They could have offered home services during the major construction phase. There were many ways to show care and respect for their clientele, yet they chose to prioritize profit over customer experience. To anyone reading this, please ensure you double-check whether construction is complete in the entire salon; otherwise, you may find yourself in for an unpleasant and expensive experience. P.S.: Since the owner had the audacity to continue being rude, I will happily elaborate. I did, in fact, leave a 5-star review for this salon a few years back, which you never cared to answer or acknowledge. The reason it's not there is that Google doesn’t allow leaving a review twice for the same place, so I had to delete it. Oh, and since you mentioned that this isn’t the first, second, or even third time you’ve messed up, I want to clarify that throughout all the years I have been coming to the salon, I have experienced countless issues. My technician has often been late from home service, my appointments have been mixed up and booked with different people, and I’ve faced last-minute cancellations because the technician got sick. Not once in all these years have I written a negative review, disrespected your staff, or asked for anything in return. Sorry that you’re having difficulty understanding that your customer service is terrible and, hate to say it, but you're acting cheap.

I’ve been a regular here for the past 2 years. Very satisfied with the technician I visiting once a week. But the receptionist and the owner are very rude. My appointments have been canceled multiple times one hour prior. Last time I get there and my regular technician was replaced with someone else which I accepted, but then the girl who was replaced was busy attending the owner so I was delayed for 40 minutes. And the nail service was awful. Very bad nail polish application

Been going here for years from when they had their first location, both for the convenience and the quality of the technicians! They’re super highly trained in all the latest trends and most importantly they’re so clean! The girls are always attentive to detail and make sure I’m extra comfortable and most importantly Bachir who always takes care of my hair and overall service!
