I highly recommend this beauty lounge—especially for nails. No matter how far it is from my home, I always make the trip because the service is consistently amazing. I usually do my nails with Ashmitha and the other technicians, and they are all incredibly professional and talented. A special thank you to Ana and Mane as well for their excellent service. Big appreciation to the entire team at the Shrouq Mirdif branch for always delivering such a great experience!
I’ve been coming to this salon for over 8 years. The worst thing you ever changed was hire Ana and Mane to book appointments. This is the third time consecutively that I come in where they double booked clients and I have to wait more than half an hour to start my hair. They try and push other hairdressers on you to cover for their mistakes, and then when you refuse they blame the hairdresser. When confronted with the hairdresser who denied their accusations they admitted that it was their mistake and apologized. Cold blooded, Zero S**ts given, they don’t care that you have other places to get to and just simply ask you to wait. Horrendous service and zero professionalism from these two. So many clients who oversaw the incident complained they had similar issues with these two. They keep saying they will get a manager to call me and no one ever does. Never coming back here again which is a shame because I’ve been such a loyal client for years but this level of lack of responsibility is not something I’ve ever experienced in a salon before. These ladies are so rude and I refuse to stress over doing my hair, this is supposed to feel like an enjoyable experience. At the end because I had a makeup appointment I had to agree to someone else doing my hair not the actual hairdresser that I booked with. I miss the good old days where coming into loft was such a personalized experience, now it’s just two rude ladies who can’t even book appointments !
I come here all the time and the ladies are always so kind and lovely. Their work and attention to detail is amazing and my pedicures last about a month, my manis can last up to 2 weeks. I do regular mani pedi no gels, so I think that is pretty good. Super love this place and they give a teacher discount too!
