I visited Kairon Polyclinic recently and had a mixed experience. The facility itself is very clean and well-presented, and the staff are welcoming. Small touches like offering tea and water do create a comfortable atmosphere. However, I did not feel the overall environment reflected a strong level of professionalism. My dental cleaning felt rushed, and I was informed that I had multiple issues without being shown clear evidence, given a proper explanation of the implications, or offered practical guidance on how to manage them. This made it difficult to trust the assessment. On the administrative side, responsiveness was also a concern. Communication often took more than 24 hours, and even when I flagged requests as urgent, there was little sense of urgency or follow-through. I also felt there was a noticeable difference in engagement depending on the type of treatment. It seemed that higher-value procedures may receive more attention, whereas routine services like cleanings do not get the same level of care or detail. Additionally, there were comments made by staff that felt inappropriate for a professional setting. For example, one staff member referred to me as “handsome” in front of my mother, and another made a remark suggesting I could hire them as a housemaid. While these may have been intended as jokes or compliments, they felt out of place in a clinical environment and detracted from the professionalism of the experience. Overall, while the clinic offers a pleasant physical environment and friendly staff, the quality and professionalism of the service did not meet expectations. I would not recommend this clinic for general dental care.

I’ve finally found a clinic that takes care of everything my body, teeth, skin, and overall wellness. Thanks to Dr. Mohanad, who offers the best dental services, I discovered Kairon, and now it’s officially my go-to place every month. What makes it truly special is not just the treatments but the people. From the reception team to the nurses and doctors, everyone is unbelievably kind, attentive, and professional something you don’t come across often in business. Their approach, care, and genuine kindness really set them apart. I don’t usually recommend clinics, but this one is definitely a must-try.

I had such a wonderful experience with Dr. Reem Daoud , She is very professional, friendly, talented . The clinic was clean and comfortable, and the whole experience felt smooth and relaxing.. The results look so natural and beautiful — even better than I expected. Highly recommend her to anyone looking for a skilled and trustworthy cosmetic doctor! ✨

I had the best experience at Kairon! From the moment I walked into the reception, the staff were extremely friendly and professional, which instantly made me feel at ease. I did my veneers with Dr. Mohannad, and from the very first consultation, he made me feel so comfortable and took the time to answer all my questions and clear any doubts I had. When it came time to get my veneers done, they turned out absolutely perfect exactly how I wanted them. What stood out most was the level of care even after the procedure. Dr. Mohannad kept following up with me for weeks, making sure everything was healing well and that I was completely satisfied. Honestly, this has been the best dental experience I’ve ever had highly recommend Kairon and Dr. Mohannad!

Dr. Doaa Mufleh is wonderful and highly professional. Her work is excellent, and my daughter felt very comfortable with her throughout the treatment. I highly recommend her. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
