The infrared sauna is for 25 minutes followed by a shower then a plunge in the tub (it was between 4 degrees Celsius and 6.5 degrees Celsius) and there's another tub with 10 degree Celsius if you choose so. The maximum time allowed is 15 minutes depending on your tolerance. The staff guides with breathing techniques during the cold plunge. Towels and slippers are provided along with a zip lock for the swimsuit to change after. The overall time takes around 1 hour. The experience was great and feels refreshing with a boost in energy levels after. A hot shower after the cold plunge is NOT recommended. There's a TV you can watch during the experience. Parking is validated by the staff at ice house if you park in index tower visitors parking
Great experience doing the infrared sauna and ice bath here with my partner! Super friendly staff, very organised, and such a lovely wind down after a busy week!
Really nice set up and helpful staff. However they have no hot water on site so the shower to rinse off is ice cold (not what you want to rinse off with after an ice bath). For over $60 a session I think this is an oversight and I would not come back. When I complained I was initially told ‘warm water is not included in the package’ (not what I imagine you would hear at a luxury spa) and then when I persisted I was offered a 12% discount on the session. Overall not the best experience
Visiting this ice bath facility for few years now. Excellent place with stunning rooms where you can take your bath and or infrared sauna. The rooms are very clean and modern. Showers, towels are all available. And not to forget the team that works is very polite and helpful. Will definitely recommend this place.
