The Gym is great, the trainers are great, but The Muscle Bar - is really something to fall in love with IMO. Great quality, serving, awesome!
The owner/manager made me feel very uncomfortable and unwelcome at this facility by interfering with the equipment I was using and then pointing his phone at me while I completed my set. This happened more than a year ago - I never returned! Despite this, the gym is well equipped and not busy.
If you want the best Gym experience, then The Gym Dot is the best choice. Gym equipment are top quality, Trainers are amazing, Staff are friendly, Food is great, Facilities are clean and tidy. Everything is almost near to perfection.
Really five stars gym . All the equipment you would ever need is there . Amazing mirrors , nice view , good weather and atmosphere . The only gym who serve water for free . Very nice bathroom with all the best quality hair products . Highly recommend . The only problem is they close on Friday .
