Amazing experience! The clinic is beautiful, spotless, and organized from A to Z. Dr. Razan is incredibly kind and helpful, taking the time to explain everything without ever making you feel self-conscious. The staff are friendly, professional, and transparent throughout the whole process. Honestly, one of the best clinics I’ve visited. You leave feeling happy and well taken care of. If I could give 10 stars, I would!
I made the mistake of doing laser on my face years ago which caused excessive hair and I wanted to find a solution. I found Dr Razan via TikTok, who seemed extremely knowledgeable as a lot of her videos are backed up by real research and evidence. Just based off of the videos, I truly trusted her expertise and payed a visit (coming all the way from Abu Dhabi by the way!). I am currently following her treatment plan and since the very first session I’ve noticed how fine and thin my hair has become - as if I never had the problem in the first place! Yes it’s pricey, but honestly it is so extremely worth it to me and I am so grateful to Dr Razan and the nurses. I’m still early into my plan, but the results have amazed me. The doctor is not only intelligent but extremely kind and thoughtful. 10/10 clinic, staff and experience. They are also very punctual and on time with appointments from my personal experience, and extremely organised :)

I only trust Doctor Razan when it comes to my hair and face, and she is honestly the only doctor I go to. But what truly made me write this is my hair journey. I’ve been dealing with androgenic alopecia for 10 years. It took me 5 years just to get diagnosed, and during that time I saw countless doctors in Paris, London, and Tunis. I tried so many different treatments, and at some point I completely lost hope after being told it couldn’t really be fixed. Then I found Dr. Razan. She made everything feel simple, clear, and finally effective. For the first time, I felt like someone actually understood my case and gave me the right treatment. Today, my hair looks amazing after years and years of struggling — something I never thought I would say. I’m truly so grateful for her and can’t thank her enough. Special thanks as well to the nurses — they are always very kind and helpful.
