Monique took her time to understand her hair's needs, and the treatment was gentle and relaxing, deeply hydrating, and perfectly tailored to revive those forgotten waves without any harsh processing. The results? Soft, defined, shiny perfect waves that actually bounce and hold their shape! My daughter walked out beaming, and she's over the moon. The whole experience was wonderful: the team was super kind, caring, and attentive from start to finish. They even offered lovely refreshments, which made it feel extra special and relaxing. It's clear they genuinely love what they do and care about their clients, especially those with textured/curly hair. Literally almost cried tears of joy after Joan and Monique worked for 5 hours on my hair. My curls have never ever looked more beautiful and healthy in my life. Came into the salon last minute before I had to travel and they took me in and worked on me until hours past their closing time just for me. These ladies are absolute angels and are amazing at understanding the look you want and executing that vision beyond your expectations. They also are amazing company to be around while they do your hair, I had a blast singing to Christmas songs with them and receiving many cups of free tea and hot chocolate and lots of sweets and biscuits. 10/10 experience and absolutely worth the money! Definitely go here if you want your curls to finally get the proper treatment they deserve!!

I hadn’t visited a hair salon in ages due to past traumatic experiences with my type 4 hair, but I stumbled upon this salon by chance — and I’m so glad I did! I decided to go for a full reset, and it was absolutely worth it. Thank you again for the warm welcome and the lovely moment. I have had an awesome experience at the curl therapy this morning with my stylist Monique with whom I got a cut/style/colour and hydration. She is so amazing with every aspect of curl care - she explained every step of the process and I learned so much from her. When she was done with my hair, I was completely blown away with the final result. Beautiful, soft curls with volume that I didn’t imagine I could have with all my hair loss. I will be looking forward to styling my hair with Monique again soon!!
