I’d like to give you some feedback. I wasn’t happy with the service. The nail technician didn’t use a dust extractor, so all the nail dust was flying everywhere. Now I’m coughing because it got into my throat, nose, and eyes, and of course all over my clothes as well. I most likely won’t return to your salon again. But for the health of both your technicians and clients, please consider always using dust extractors. In other salons I’ve visited, this is considered standard practice.
I have never had my eyelashes done so amazing before! I absolutely recommend this salon and make sure you ask for Ana. She is extremely talented at what she does with the most gentle hands.
Ask for Samal she’s incredible so sweet soooo good, so patient, would definitely come back for her. She was able to fix my broken nail after a previous bad experience at another salon.
It was my first visit to this salon this week & I’m amazed by the level of professionalism. I did my manicure with Aika & I think after this manicure I won’t be able to trust any other technician because her work is just wow 🤩 Zara , the manager/admin was very kind from the beginning when I called the salon to book an appointment. I was searching and calling different salons in the area but the way she responded to my call and explained everything in a way that I begin to trust the salon even before visiting ♥️ Great customer service by her throughout the visit 👍🏻 Mona is very good and fast with blow dry , she did my hair in 25 minutes as I was in a hurry . Overall atmosphere of the salon is great , all the staff is very friendly . Beautiful interior & tasty coffee . I must say that the owner of salon did a fabulous job in designing the salon . Whenever I visit dubai I’m not going anywhere else . 😍 Keep up the quality work ! You have got a new loyal client & I will definitely recommend to my friends who’ll visit dubai for New year ⭐️
For now, the service is good. I hope it doesn’t change. I like the work of all the nail masters there. For hair I didn’t try there, Since I wear a hijab, I can’t use the hair services there, because there are male hairstylists working as well. Just keep that in mind. You can tell the boss is good by looking at the employees 😊
