The most rude receptionist I’ve ever encountered. New Shorooq residente here, walked in this gym looking to purchase a membership, no one was at the counter so I waited a couple of minutes. When I realized no one was coming I had a look in thru the glass door of the back office. There was a man, the receptionist, sleeping with his feet up on the desk. I gave a light knock on the door and he dragged himself out. With a grumpy, almost upset that I woke him up look, this man says: “Yes? tell me.” I went on to ask about the gym membership and working hours. This man was honestly so unnecessarily rude I was shocked. Definitely never setting foot in this place again.
$ price is fair. Its clean place. Staffs are nice. There is no public coach. Free wifi. Drinking water for free. 5 treadmills. 3 bicycles. 1 full set of dumbels. 2 full set of weights. Towels have bad smell always. Equipments are less than the needs in the pick or even normal time but still good. Nice view. Temperature inside is usually higher than gyms standard.
Join gym with trainer and I was on time and everything was good. Later I get call from coach saying I left it and it disappoints me as we had good diet. If the gym knew he won’t work and leaving the job. I didn’t receive no calls from them. Really disappointed
Very dirty unclean gym, specially with what has been going on. Receptionist is rude. I tried the gym two years ago and Then I had to travel, I came back I wanted to try a session etc.. she told me sorry u have to pay I told her fine I’ll go somewhere else. Then she let me in and asked me if I will pay monthly after. Very pushy, and rude. If she hadn’t asked me and showed me this attitude of paying money I would’ve signed up on the spot.
Overall is good, not bad. It has most of the required machines, but the gym’s space is very teddy. The membership’s cost is reasonable
