I’ve been a regular customer since the massage section opened with Dulce, and the area is beautiful and relaxing. Nail services with Mee are always excellent. I had a very disappointing experience at Salon Beauty Tash on 4 April 2026. One day before my appointment, I visited the salon to book and the receptionist confirmed that the price for my hair service would be 150 AED because I have short hair. We agreed on this price. The next morning, I arrived for my appointment and an Arabic hairstylist did my hair. I was happy with the result, so I recommended the salon to my mother and brought her in as well. My mother’s hair is extremely short, above the ears. She did not even wash her hair at the salon and only requested a simple hair styling/blow-dry. Her hair was already straight. However, the salon charged her 220 AED, which was much more expensive than my service that included washing and styling. When I questioned the receptionist, I reminded her that my full service with washing and curling was only 150 AED. I politely asked to see the fixed price list or service catalog, but she refused to show me anything. Every staff member seemed to give different prices, which is completely unprofessional and unfair. I also asked to speak with the manager, but nobody responded to my request. Instead, the Arabic hairstylist told me that I should have paid even more for my own service. The lack of transparency, inconsistent pricing, and poor customer service made this a very upsetting experience. Customers should know the exact prices before services are done, and salons should treat clients respectfully and honestly.
Ever since I tried their service they became my go to! Irish is always very welcoming and ensures my hair is super clean she never fails to relax me even when I’m having a tough day. I recommend all their hair stylists as they always make me leave happy and feeling confident. I would recommend all of them Mira, Judy, baby, and Salam. Even their nail technicians are amazing and I always find the colors I am looking for. This is my one stop shop for beauty services. I cannot wait for the extension.
I booked in a last min appointment & they accommodated me which I was thankful for! I did a basic mani pedi without polish & loved it! Although it was very packed, the technicians took their time. I also got a discount as a first time customer, I recommend booking an appointment during weekdays to relax and enjoy your treatment! Definitely visiting them soon to try out other treatments!
I had my hair styled with Elham for a Ramadan gathering and it turned out beautiful. She was very professional, gentle, and paid attention to every detail. The result was exactly what I wanted. I will definitely come back again. Highly recommended!
