I flew from Kuwait to Dubai specifically for my surgery with Dr.Muazz and it was one of the best medical decisions I’ve made. From the first consultation, he was extremely professional and explained everything clearly in a way that made me fully trust him and feel comfortable moving forward with the surgery. The surgery was to repair my eardrum and replace the hearing bones with titanium to restore my hearing. On the surgery day, he really helped calm my nerves and made me feel safe and reassured. I had previous ear surgeries in the UK where they did a cut behind the ear, but Dr. Muazz used an endoscopic approach instead, which made recovery much easier and faster than what I was used to. For the first time since childhood, I can properly hear again, and honestly that feeling is hard to describe. I’m truly grateful to Dr. Muazz and his whole team for the care, professionalism, and support throughout the entire experience.

I had my annual eye examination with Dr Habash today. As always, he was professional, caring, and thorough, taking the time to explain each stage of the examination. I am writing this with a heart full of gratitude. I had large holes in my both ears for almost 12 years, and because of fear, I kept delaying treatment. I lived with constant worry and discomfort, not knowing how much relief was possible. Everything changed when I met Dr. Muaz Tarabichi. From the very first consultation, his calm, supportive, and compassionate approach gave me the confidence I never had before. He explained everything so clearly and patiently that my fear slowly disappeared. With his encouragement, I finally took the step and underwent surgery on both ears first in mid-2025 and then again in October 2025. Today, I can truly say it has been a life-changing relief. I scheduled a consultation with Dr. Muaaz Tarabichi. After arriving, I waited 32 minutes before being received. I presented my surgery documentation, but he only glanced at the title and did not review the content. The consultation itself lasted maximum 10 minutes. I was informed the consultation fee would be 850 AED. During the visit, he looked inside my nose using an endoscopic device, confirmed everything was fine, and I paid at reception. I didn't look to the amount, since in Dubai never happened to me before to be told I will pay sum x and ending up paying sum y. On my way home, I saw on my phone that instead of 850 AED, I had been charged 2,200 AED. Interesting. I asked what happened, and I was told because a part of the consultation. At no point was I told that examining my nose with an endoscope would be billed separately, and would increase my payment almost 3x. In all my previous ENT consultations, this examination was always part of the consultation fee, so I should've been informed that will increase, and furthermore, that will increase the amount this much. I contacted the support team but received no response for several days. Only after repeatedly following up did I finally get a reply. Their explanation was that if the doctor requires an “additional investigation,” it will be billed separately. However, I was never informed that an examination in an ENT consultation would be considered an additional investigation. The manager (probably) called me, but never understood that my problem wasn't about the money itself, but about feeling that I was scammed. So, I ended up ending the call, he was repeating over and over again that they not scam people, without giving a solution.
