I had their orange blossom hammam and it was enjoyable, although it happened in an open area along with other guests and zero privacy. I arrived one hour before my treatment to use the facilities. There are a steam sauna, a Finnish sauna, and a Russian sauna, one big pool, two jacuzzis along with heated lazy chairs. The only downside was that there was only one changing cubicle for some 100 lockers.
Turkish style Hammam, clean .. quiet .. highly recommended .. indoor pool is small but authentic oriental decor.. u may spend hours here ..

During the booking process, the team specifically asked whether this was for a special occasion and confirmed there would be a special anniversary treat and added touches from the spa. Naturally, this created expectations and became one of the reasons I chose to book with Talise Spa. While the treatment itself was apparently enjoyable, it later became clear that none of what was promised was actually delivered. No anniversary acknowledgment, no special treat, nothing at all. This reflects a serious lack of transparency and communication from the spa team. If something cannot be arranged, it should not be promised in the first place. What made the situation worse was the follow-up call today to understand what happened. The response from the staff member handling the complaint was cold, dismissive, and lacking basic customer care. At several moments, I was left in silence while trying to ask simple questions, which honestly gave the impression that the complaint was not being taken seriously at all. For a luxury spa operating at this level and price point, attention to detail and guest communication should not be optional. Very disappointing experience overall, not because of the treatment itself, but because of the poor handling, broken promises, and lack of accountability afterward.
