Super amazing experience we received from Abigael for myself and Jasmine for my partner! Abigael was very calm, careful, assuring and skilled!her tone plus the background music and massage made me feel very relaxed from inside after having a very hard week!. 90 minutes hot oil massage and 30 minutes complimentary foot massage was excellent. Not to mention the African receptionist lady who welcomed us and walked us through the journey. We would definitely visit this place twice a month.

I had such an amazing and relaxing experience at Taj Wellness. From the moment I entered the place, I already felt calm and welcomed. The ambience is absolutely beautiful — very peaceful, elegant, and relaxing. Everything was so clean and well-maintained, and even the smell of the whole spa was so refreshing and comforting. You can really feel the luxury and positive energy the moment you walk in. I used to go at West Wellness, but their reception Meidi recommended me to try their branch in Jumeirah and it's superb. The massage itself was one of the best massages I’ve had. The therapists were very professional, gentle, and knew exactly how to help release stress and body pain. I left feeling so refreshed, light, and fully relaxed. The service from all the staff was excellent — everyone was very accommodating, and polite. They truly make you feel special and comfortable throughout the entire experience. They are all friendly. I also really loved the pool area. It added such a nice touch to the overall wellness experience. It's like a medieval style. I will try to swim there next time. Hahaha! The atmosphere around the pool was peaceful and clean, perfect for relaxing and unwinding after the massage. Special mention to Sharon and Sam for doing such a great job. Thank you for your kindness, professionalism, and excellent service. You both made the experience even more memorable and enjoyable. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a relaxing and quality spa experience in Dubai. Definitely worth it and I will surely come back again. Great job, Taj Wellness! My experience at this massage place was disappointing overall. We were 3 people and tried both the body massage and the foot massage. For the body massage, only one of us had a very good experience and said it was excellent. Me and my friend did not enjoy it at all. The quality was very different between the therapists, and honestly it did not feel like the same level of service. For the foot massage, we were all in the same room, so we could clearly notice the difference between the staff. Some therapists were very professional, while others seemed very inexperienced and did not really know proper massage techniques. There was one staff member named Alex who was clearly much better than the others. At one point we even asked him to work on all three of us because the rest did not seem to know what they were doing. The place needs more consistency and better training for the staff because the experience depends completely on which person you get.
