I had a very bad and unprofessional experience at this clinic. I visited the clinic for eyebrow tattoo removal, and before starting the procedure I clearly informed the staff that this was not a normal tattoo — it was semi-permanent makeup. Despite explaining this multiple times, they still proceeded with the treatment using a tattoo removal machine. After the procedure, not only the pigment but also my eyebrow hair was damaged and removed. When I raised my concern, the staff casually told me that “the hair will grow back,” instead of properly addressing the damage caused to my eyebrows and skin. I continuously tried contacting the clinic through calls and messages, but the response was always the same: “Our doctor or management team will call you.” When they finally contacted me, instead of showing concern or taking responsibility, they started trying to sell me more treatments and packages. They suggested adding extra money to upgrade to other skin treatments instead of resolving my issue or offering a proper refund. Their focus was more on upselling services rather than caring about the damage caused to my skin and eyebrows. I feel extremely disappointed with the lack of professionalism, care, and accountability shown by this clinic. I would not recomme
