Hydrafacial Experience – Extremely Disappointing This was my first Hydrafacial experience, and I chose this center after communicating with their customer support on Instagram. I inquired about the treatment, and she sent me a video outlining the procedure, stating it would cost 200 AED. The video included: - Cleansing - Steam - Vacuum sucker - Derma pen - Face mask I agreed to the treatment and even mentioned I might upgrade to an advanced package. She replied, “You can — it starts from 200 AED.” When I arrived for my appointment, the doctor told me that dermapen is a separate treatment and would cost extra. I asked to exclude it, and she then claimed that the basic Hydrafacial only includes extraction. charging me 300 AED just for extraction. I reminded her of the original 200 AED agreement. They eventually refunded me, but I was left extremely disappointed — paying 200 AED for extraction alone, which I could easily get at any salon for 100 AED with a full facial. What’s the point of going to a “professional” center if this is the standard? To make matters worse, the doctor knew my skin was sensitive, yet didn’t even apply ice after extraction. Four days later, I’m left with black marks on the treated areas — real damage to my skin. After the treatment, they mentioned a free vitamin check-up, but when I went in, I was given serums and tablets and then told I had to pay. A simple “consultation only is free” would’ve saved my time. Overall, a huge disappointment. I do not recommend this center or their doctor for Hydrafacial treatments.

I had a truly great experience at this dental clinic. From the moment I walked in, the staff were warm, welcoming, and very friendly, which immediately put me at ease. A special mention to Dr. Qusay, and Dr. Kordi who were extremely professional throughout the entire process. I had a dental implant procedure, done by Dr. Qusay and honestly, I didn’t feel anything at all during it. His skill and calm approach made a huge difference and removed any anxiety I had going in. Overall, I highly recommend this clinic for anyone looking for high-quality dental care with a caring and professional team.

I visited this clinic for a consultation regarding a breathing concern related to my nose. During my appointment, the doctor took the time to explain my situation clearly and discuss the available options. I appreciated being able to ask questions and receive straightforward answers, especially since I tend to feel nervous about medical procedures. I later returned with my mother so she could also understand the process and what to expect. The doctor was patient and addressed her questions in a calm and respectful way. Having that additional discussion helped us both feel more informed and comfortable moving forward. The clinic itself has a calm atmosphere, and the staff were polite and organized during my visits. Overall, my experience has been positive so far, and I’m grateful for the time and attention given during my consultations.

had the worst experience ever. Before making payment, I clearly asked for a specific surgery date and was told it was available. Based on that confirmation, I proceeded with the payment. However, after payment was made, I was informed that the date was no longer available and that I would need to wait. I requested a refund immediately, but experienced delays and had to repeatedly follow up for my own money. To make matters worse, AED 2,249 was deducted from the refund despite the surgery never taking place. I was misled into paying based on information that later changed. The lack of transparency, poor communication, and difficulty obtaining my refund made this an extremely frustrating experience.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a dental procedure done at this medical center and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. From the moment I walked in, the staff were welcoming, professional, and very attentive. The dentist explained every step of the procedure clearly, which made me feel comfortable and reassured. The treatment itself went smoothly and was completely painless. What really stood out was the excellent communication ,the team kept me informed before, during, and after the procedure, and they were always available to answer my questions. Thank you to the entire team for such outstanding care and professionalism. I highly recommend this center to anyone looking for quality dental treatment!
