DubaiMed AI Analysis

Mixed evidence: one review praises staff for reliably sourcing specialty medication and prompt communication, but multiple recent 1-star reviews report serious hygiene, safety and customer-service problems. Website shows a long-running UAE pharmacy chain with MOH approval, but reviewer complaints about used items, unresponsiveness, misleading offers and rude staff lower confidence.

Best For

Patients needing retail pharmacy items or help sourcing specialty medications, but who should be cautious about customer-service and hygiene variability.

Pros

  • Staff reportedly sources specialty prescription medicines quickly and communicates proactively (review).
  • Part of a long-standing UAE pharmacy chain with MOH approval cited on the website (PR83101).
  • Website lists broad product categories (pharmacy, mother & baby, home healthcare, nutrition) indicating a full-service retail pharmacy.

Considerations

  • Multiple reviews allege hygiene/safety issues (used/opened items delivered; pharmacist handling products while apparently ill).
  • Repeated complaints about poor customer service, phone unresponsiveness and rude staff/delivery behavior.
  • Reports of misleading promotional labels and refusal to honor advertised offers.

Strong chain credentials and an ability to source specialty meds are outweighed by multiple recent, serious user complaints about hygiene, safety and customer service, so overall reliability and patient experience are low to moderate.

I have a specialty drug that is not typically in stock but the staff always gets it for me quickly and makes sure to check with me when I will need my next dose so they can have it ready. I really appreciate that they look out for me. Communication is also easy and their responses are prompt.

Very disappointing experience with Super Care Pharmacy – Ferdoua Safa. I received an order with what appears to be used/opened items, which is completely unacceptable for a pharmacy. I tried calling several times to escalate this issue, but no one is answering the phone. This raises serious concerns about hygiene, safety, and customer service.

This pharmacy is misleading customers. They leave labels showing offers that are no longer valid, and when you go to pay, they simply say the offer is finished without fixing their mistake. No responsibility, no care, no respect for customers. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable. The customer is always right, and there are rules that protect customer rights — but this place ignores them. Very unprofessional and careless.

Unfortunately, my experience was uncomfortable. The pharmacist breathed into his hands and then handled the products. He showed signs of a cold and was not wearing a mask or gloves. This raised concerns about hygiene and customer safety. His name start
