I am a tourist and recently visited in pharmacy ,During my visit, I asked a few random questions, and a female pharmacist attended to me with patience and professionalism. However, while she was assisting me, the area manager (Mr. Ajay) entered the pharmacy. To my surprise, he displayed extremely unpleasant behavior and spoke to his staff in a disrespectful manner. It was disappointing to witness such conduct, especially as the pharmacist was courteous and attentive in addressing my queries. Unfortunately, she remained silent while being disrespected by her manager, which reflected an unhealthy and discouraging work environment.
