Very polite pharmacist, her name is Berlin. We buy medecine every now and then, but it's a very good pharmacy except that Life pharmacy has opened in the same building. That means competition but prices will try to be lower, that might be great for customers.
We purchased some medication, but the pharmacy gave us the wrong medicine. When we tried to return it and asked for a refund, they refused and said they don’t have a return policy. That’s very disappointing and unprofessional.
Be careful for how they try to upsell you without your knowledge and then show up with less change forcing you to buy stuff you never agreed on or asked for on purpose. My delivery today was a terrible experience! Highly recommend MedX pharmacy as an alternative
I visited this pharmacy to buy some supplements to reduce stress and anxiety. when I was looking for supplement a tall guy named Raja approached me and politely asked Good evening madam , you are looking for something..?? I told yes immediately when I told me about my requirement he listened for few minutes and asked few questions..like stress related to what, sleeping pattern’s and any head ache related issues. Finally he suggested 2 products one is powder and another one is tablet and mentioned both were good in managing stress and how it will work. Advised me how and when to take. I was using the powder form what Mr Raja suggested every day once.I feel more better after 1-2 weeks of use and I can sleep better. Thanks for advising me this wonderful brand and product. Want to visit again when I’m in UAE to explore more products Friendly staff and quick customer service.
Very bad behaviour from the pharmacist. He send me totally different items from my order and my kid didn’t sleep all the night because of him! I was call him but he close the phone on my face . He told me , is late and we don’t have driver for you. I ask to change the item again, he said I have bit expensive , use what I send…. I have no more words to explain this attitude. Can not even call him a human.
