No coordination. Poor service. I have to come back atleast 3x same day to check and finally claim my medications. I came morning and waited patiently on queue for my medications to be prepared . I came back lunch time still not ready and only to be informed it wasn't sent for approval yet (but the meds are ready for pickup) I came back evening time and my medications we're nowhere to collected and that it hasn't still been sent for approval. All the morning shift that I spoke with are gone with no proper endorsement to the night employees. The manager on duty also doesn't care, just staring and not helping even tho he saw that I am in distress. Good thing the night shift was all polite and very considerate, they helped me sort it out right away.
I recently had a great experience at this Pharmacy. The service was excellent, especially fromc Meenu, Alnie and Azza. They were super helpful and knowledgeable about all the products. I really appreciated their recommendation of New Chapter multivitamins, they're a really great brand 👍 Definitely recommend this pharmacy for their excellent service and quality products🙏
