Hussein is really very kind and attends well to patients
I’ve been a loyal and long-time customer of Supercare and have always appreciated their service, which makes this recent experience quite disappointing. I had clearly requested Bilastine 20mg tablets and even shared a photo to avoid confusion. The pharmacy confirmed it, but what was delivered was the syrup version — without any prior notice or confirmation of the change. I only realized the mistake the next day, and when I asked about returning the item, I was told it wasn’t possible due to policy. I do understand the need for such policies, but in this case, the error wasn’t on my part. I still have a lot of respect for Supercare and hope this was just a one-off oversight. Even a simple acknowledgment or apology would have gone a long way.
