Super Boost Gym and Martial Arts is truly exceptional! This is where I train for boxing, and I couldn't be happier with the results. My Cuban MMA master trainer, Mr. Alexander Vinales, is a phenomenal coach. His expertise and dedication are evident in every session. He's incredibly patient and skilled, making training accessible and effective for all ages. What's even better is that he offers home training, which is incredibly convenient. Mr Alex offers a comprehensive range of martial arts, including boxing, kickboxing, wrestling, Jiu-Jitsu, Muay Thai, and urban self-defense. Whether you're interested in one-on-one sessions, group classes, striking, grappling, conditioning, fight preparation, or simply building strength, speed, and confidence, this gym has it all. He and the Super boost gym, they even host FI Martial Arts events, which are always thrilling! The gym's atmosphere is motivating and supportive, and the training is top-notch. If you're looking to take your skills to the next level, Super Boost Gym and Martial Arts is the perfect place. Highly recommended!" As someone who has been a member of this gym for the past 18 months, I can confidently say that this gym offers a no-frills and satisfying fitness experience. This gym may not be as grandiose as some of the larger training facilities out there, but it has its own charm that has kept me continuing to renew membership. And unlike other gyms, it’s just easy. One of the standout positives of this gym is its friendly and approachable staff. They let you do your own thing, but make you feel at home and are always available to answer any questions or provide guidance. I highly recommend purchasing PT sessions here. The membership and personal training packages are incredibly reasonable, making it accessible to a wide range of budgets. You get excellent value for your money, which is a rare. I’m confident to work solo at the gym, and initially bought a 12 personal training package to recalibrate, but constantly renewed after this when it helped significantly with my fitness goals and pushing me when work gets busy and motivation gets weak. One of the key strengths of this gym is its well-maintained and diverse equipment. No matter what your fitness goals may be, they have everything you need to achieve them. When I first started going here, I was like… the only thing they don’t have is a hip thrust machine and sure enough, they just got one! The equipment is regularly maintained and cleaned. I have been here at various times and the staff clean the facility well throughout the day. The gym's open and start times are also worth mentioning. Whether you're an early bird or prefer to hit the gym late at night, this gym has a steady flow. I typically train in the mornings, but it's perfect for those with hectic schedules or irregular work hours and who can avoid the night rush that inevitably happens for most gyms. One of the hidden gems of this gym is its sauna. Tucked away in a corner, the sauna provides a wonderful opportunity that you don’t see in gyms outside of the top end. All other facilities are great - I don’t use the showers, so I can’t comment. The crowd is mixed and I see a diversity of gym-goers: couples, serious weight lifters, younger and older alike, those who are just starting their gym goals, etc. If you prefer a gym that is more pretentious and full of influencers, then don’t hit up here. While there are many positives, it's worth noting that the gym's size can be a bit restrictive if you're accustomed to larger training facilities. It has a warehouse-like vibe, which may not suit everyone's preferences, but I personally enjoy both of these. Also, if you're looking for group classes like yoga or other activities that balance genders, this gym doesn't seem to offer them at the moment (I could be wrong), although I notice there offer martial arts for kids which is good if you have them. I honestly like the space because it means those people who don’t want to reach goals aren’t coming and clogging up space. My only recommendation to the gym owners is to take down all the COVID precaution signs. Overall, I’ve smashed goals here and I think that’s what matters.

As someone who’s visited many of the gyms in Dubai, I have to say Super Boost Gym may be one of the best gyms. This gym is situated on Sheikh Zayed Road just 10 minutes walk from Mashreq Metro Station. It has every machine and free-weight setup you can think of. On top of that, there is an area for MMA, boxing heavy bags, yoga, personal training, steam rooms, and much more. Another thing I look for is hygiene. This gym is so clean. Overall, I can honestly say this gym has it all and I recommend anyone who wants the full fitness experience to sign up here.

The gym looks good and is spacious. However, it is not managed properly at all. I bought a 3 month membership with gym and other classes included. In 1 month, half the classes that were in my package were not there and each staff gave me conflicting information, at different times. The manager of the gym and the receptionist doesn't communicate to each other clearly, because of which I get conflicting information and when I turn up for classes, 3 times the trainers were not there and it was not even communicated. I tried to address my concerns to the manager and even after experiencing for himself the confusion, he did not apologise or try to cooperate and work out a strategy, by correcting the loopholes. He instead asked the receptionist to give me a refund. So, I was very displeased with his attitude. Its only because of the poor management of the gym, that I am giving it this rating.
