I have been visiting Sumi Skin every week for the last 4 months now and I’m consistently impressed with the team, their services and professionalism. The clinic is beautiful and immaculately clean, and I love that they always give fresh tea and fruit after your treatment. I have been visiting for scalp/hair treatment and I’m very pleased to see progress - the sessions are very relaxing and tailored to your scalp progress. A very big thank you to the amazing team, Florina is my therapist and she is excellent, the other therapists Daniza are lovely, and it’s always so lovely to see the reception team, Jamaica and Angie who are extremely kind and friendly.

The ambiance at Sumi Skin is cozy, aesthetic, and instantly relaxing. Also, I think what stood out the most was the hygiene and modern equipment, the place was so clean and neat; you can tell that hygiene and order are top priorities here. The staff, both Lovelyn and Jamaica are absolute gems. Everyone I interacted with, from the receptionist to the clinical team, was very friendly, warm, and genuinely caring. Lovelyn took the time to explain every step, answer all my questions patiently, and ensure I felt comfortable and respected throughout my entire visit. Jamaica assisted me in the payment process and had put in extra mile to personally register my third party payment. Their professionalism is matched only by their delightful demeanor and skills. I booked a simple hydra facial, but convincingly did some treatments as well that is suited to my skin and the results were amazing. My skin texture (forehead) has improved noticeably and it looks brighter and more even-toned. Lovelyn was so skilled, making the treatment both effective and surprisingly relaxing. Most importantly, I got lots of freebies too and a very refreshing tea! I highly recommend Sumi Skin, it truly is a hidden gem!

This is my second time coming to Sumi skin for my acne treatment! Absolutely love everything here, the staffs - the treatment- the little details. Ive had acne problem for a year and really struggled to find a good place for treatment in Dubai but this one really helps me. They really care for you to the perfection! The first time ive even received some after care products and they came in a very cute bag🥹🩷 LOVE IT! and shout out to Angielyn and Gemma for the good care🫶🏻 Edited, after writing the review and had 2 good experiences, the 3rd time (last one of the program) didn’t go as well. I decided not to continue with any other packages because i was traveling but then when it’s time for the treatment, i personally feel like they purposely didn’t do it as good as the first 2. + the last time actually got my acne worst with the technician didnt do the acne cleaning well thus it leaves a lot of red marks later (that now i have to treat them by another clinic) Still last experience didn’t satisfy me at all and leave me very disappointed (was really thinking it’s gonna be my go to clinic) i take only 1 star of out 5 because the first 2 were great anyway. Will go back again tho? Probably no

Today I had facial treatment in Sumi Skin salon. And I really enjoyed! They are very professional. First my skin was diagnosed and specialist explained and helped me to understand how to take care of my skin. And suggested perfect facial treatment. My skin feels so good and smooth. I loved it!! Atmosphere is adorable and staff is friendly. I recommend to visit:)

Hands down the best skin spa in Dubai. I’d rate this place 10/10. They did a thorough skin analysis and addressed all of my concerns. The service was outstanding—staff Jenna, Angie and Stephanie were incredibly attentive and polite 💕 . The complimentary massage was the cherry on top. The atmosphere was so calming, I actually fell asleep. Highly recommend. I’ll definitely come again.
