You dont deserve even 1 star . I went to the pharmacy yesterday at 6:40 PM to buy medicine. The staff member was busy chatting with someone ( about everything except medicine) completely ignoring me. I waited at the counter for a full 10 minutes, but she didn't acknowledge me at all. There was zero customer service and no respect at all . If you're going to prioritize your conversations, you should close the door and not make customers wait. I don't recommend this pharmacy to anyone. With pharmacies on every corner, it was a mistake to go there really .

I bought something and it’s double in price. I bought it for someone and then they checked and showed me in all pharmacy abt the price, but it was half the price. All pharmacy has 45-50 and but here they charged 95 AED. 😒😒
Zero star…I always buy medicine from them… but now the staff is v rude… they don’t know how to talk to a female… one south Indian guy was there ..shouting like anything when i asked him a simple thing infront of other customer… pls tell him to be respectful otherwise next time i ll file a complain of him..
