I visited Dr. Hiba for acne scar treatment before my wedding after clearly explaining that I only had one month and wanted honest advice about realistic results. I was strongly convinced to do subcision with filler and was told I could achieve around 60–70% improvement. After paying AED 1200 and completing the treatment, I saw no noticeable improvement. Only afterward was I told that I would need more sessions and additional treatments like fractional laser. I feel extremely disappointed because the expectations given before treatment were very different from what happened afterward. Patients trust doctors to be transparent and realistic, especially when they are emotionally vulnerable before important life events. Totally disappointing experience. She is very experienced, professional and friendly doctor. Her golden fingers made teeth treatment really easy and relaxed. Personal of the clinic are friendly and helpful.
