Absolutely beautiful Pilates studio with amazing equipment. Everything is thoughtfully designed down to the smallest detail, and the atmosphere is so welcoming and inspiring. I hadn’t practiced Pilates for many years, but the instructor was incredibly attentive and supportive, even though it was a group class. I felt comfortable, guided, and truly cared for throughout the session. I enjoyed the experience so much and left feeling energized and happy. A truly wonderful experience — thank you so much!
This studio is an aesthetically masterpiece. You feel the quality in every pore (equipment, trainers, etc.) and they have a very diversified schedule (Yoga, mat Pilates, Barre, Reformer Pilates, etc.). The studio is located within the Arabian Ranches 3 souk so you can do some shopping and refreshing afterwards + free parking. Highly recommended!
I’ve been a loyal customer and have booked 19 classes here. I chose this studio because it’s conveniently located next to my home, but unfortunately the customer service has been very disappointing. They absolutely will not make a one-time exception, whether you’re sick, have an accident, or anything else. They stick extremely rigidly to the policies and in my experience, there is definitely room for improvement. Compared to other Pilates studios I’ve attended, where I always had a much better customer experience, this studio seems inexperienced in handling real life situations. I totally understand that they have to draw a line but a one time exception for regulars should be fair That said, the instructors are skilled and professional and the classes are good. Just be aware that morning reformer sessions fill up quickly, and the strict policies are something to consider before joining.
I came across the stretch reformer studio by chance whilst visiting the AR3 mall. Reformer Pilates is something I have always been curious to try. The lady on reception was extremely helpful and suggested I download the app and purchase their trial package. I attended the beginners session on Friday and was made to feel so welcome. The instructor was fantastic, helping me correct my form and posture etc throughout the session. I enjoyed it so much, the atmosphere is so calming and I have just booked to attend my second session! I’m so glad to have found this hidden gem. ☺️
Studio has calm vibes to it. I feel comfortable and welcome. Really enjoyed reformer class with instructor Kristina. It was challenging yet peaceful accompanied by classical music. Will be regular.
