Amazing experience at SS clinic. A special thanks to Dr. Raneem. She always explains everything she’s doing step by step, which really helps you feel relaxed and confident. Her hand is so gentle that you barely feel anything. Honestly, I was expecting some pain, but it was completely smooth and comfortable. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a dentist who is professional, caring, and makes the whole experience stress free. Thank you, Dr. Raneem!

I’ve been coming here for beard laser sessions, and my last few experiences have been extremely disappointing. During one session I have had with a lady at the place for my beard laser removal, the treatment which normally takes around 5 minutes was rushed and finished in barely 2 minutes, as if like someone was chasing her down. It honestly felt careless and unprofessional, as if there was no attention to detail at all. On top of that, basic post-treatment care was ignored. I was told it was “fine” not to use the recommended cream, even though it was clearly available and usually advised by them. I left with my face extremely red and even noticed leftover markings that should have been properly cleaned. That raises serious concerns about both professionalism and proper training. Trying to book an appointment has been just as frustrating. I’ve been attempting for almost a week to get a session with a specific staff member, yet a 5 minute procedure somehow requires waiting days for. I was told over the phone today to come as walkthrough and will maybe get in, so I adjusted my schedule and even shaved in preparation only to be told to wait again. I ended up waiting over 1 hour for something that should take minutes, which is completely unacceptable. As I was leaving, there was a lady which I believe is the owner, tried to calm things down and let me in with the guy to finish the “impossible job”. Guess what? I waited for another 30 minutes. Not to forget, I would thank the guy for his amazing job done for every single time I have sad my sessions with him. And the lady at the desk which I believe is the owner, who tried to help and do her best. Overall, this place shows a serious lack of professionalism, poor time management, and inconsistent service quality. Based on my experience, I would not recommend it, especially if you expect proper care, attention, and basic respect as a customer. This will be my last time coming here, even though I still have 2 paid sessions left. I’d rather lose them than go through this nightmare again.
