Worst service provider ever i have seen and customer handler is out of the mind dont even know who is calling and dont even know how to clearify the customer.they claim to deliver early but take more than a hour and if we ask them calling they give same stupid reply just coming.i guess they are think that they are running supermarket as well selling potatoes,tomatoes.they dont know the value of the customer who else are ordering by trusting them and how valueable time might be

I had bad experience from this pharmacy ( Al qouz ) The male staff behaved so rude and there is High price for medicines (AED 30–40 more than other pharmacies for the same medicines) Poor customer service
If there is zero star, I would give. But this is personal opinion in this place. I bought a pulse oximeter yesterday and they gave me a broken one. I told them I need a refund or any other options to get a non broken pulse oximeter and they rejected it. I think there should be inspection in this place because I don’t want others to get broken pulse oximeters. Sincerely,
