I tried the treatment here at Spa Zen , the experience was very relaxing and refreshing. The swimming pool and the gym are also to visit I had no enough time to use for half a day but only for short time. I will.be back as the crew are very accommodating ☺️☺️☺️ keep it up.
I had a wonderful experience at Spa Zen at the Voco Hotel. I received a massage from Kadek, and she was amazing very skilled, relaxing, and attentive. She kept checking throughout the session to make sure I was comfortable, which I really appreciated. The hospitality from the whole team was also outstanding (Carla, Dwikan, Annie, and Dewi) were all incredibly warm, friendly, and professional. As soon as I arrived, I was welcomed with a refreshing cold tea, and before leaving, they treated me to a soothing hot tea with honey and yogurt. Such thoughtful touches made the experience even more relaxing. Overall, I absolutely loved my visit. The spa is clean, calm, and beautifully maintained. The staff are sweet, caring, and very good at what they do. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great spa experience.
The place is nice and voco hotel is good with strategic location. The team are welcoming and friendly and the treatment are high quality done with professional therapist. The facilities are well maintained they have Gym pool and Spa facilities. Thanks for your hospitality and wram welcome we will be back.
I recently had a massage session at SPA ZEN and it was an incredible experience from start to finish. The ambiance was serene and inviting, with soft lighting and calming music that immediately put me at ease. Receptionists Dewi & Ani were so welcoming. The therapist was highly professional, attentive, and skilled. Her name was Mercy and she took the time to understand my needs and tailored the session accordingly. Her technique was both soothing and effective, relieving tension in all the right areas while ensuring I felt completely relaxed. The entire experience was seamless, from the warm welcome to the final moments of relaxation. I left feeling rejuvenated, refreshed, and completely stress-free. They have a different area for both men and women . Sheryl and Carla showed me around the other facilities like the Jacuzzi, and the swimming pool. I later went to the outdoor pool and the Life guard Jude was friendly and ready to assist. I will be definitely be back and this time for the Hamam bath
