I recently tried their Moroccan bath and massage, and I have to be honest - it didn’t live up to my expectations. I’ve experienced a Hammam in Turkey before and that set the bar really high for me. The staff were genuinely kind though - the receptionist was so warm and helpful, and the ladies who did our bath were sweet too. That part I really appreciated. A few things that would really improve the experience: the sauna felt very exposed since it’s in a spot where people could see you in just your innerwear. The bathrobes provided looked loose and a bit worn, like they’d been used a lot. After the bath, we weren’t given any moisturizer or fresh innerwear, and for the price I paid, I expected those basics to just be there without having to ask. I only booked this because my friend recommended it, saying a resort spa would definitely be good, but it fell a bit short. Also, after the session my thighs and stomach started itching badly. Thankfully it cleared up in 4 days, but I’m guessing the jacuzzi might not have been cleaned properly. With a few small fixes on privacy, robe quality, and post-bath amenities, this could be an amazing spa.
