I am utterly disgusted by the service here and attitude from the receptionist (Diane) basically once you buy the package forget all the politeness and helpfulness. They’ve had your money so need to be sweet. The therapists are lovely and one male receptionist. But as for the customer service which is pretty non existent I would say use another business. 4 days and counting and still no follow up from my complaint, unless you are willing to call them and ask for update. Utterly shocking
We had a massage session with Desa and Aom, and it was honestly one of the most relaxing experiences I’ve had in a while. Both of them were very professional, attentive, and clearly experienced in what they do. They really understood the pressure points and adjusted the intensity perfectly without me even needing to say much. The atmosphere was calm, clean, and comfortable, which made it easy to fully relax. If you’re looking for a place where the therapists actually know what they’re doing and care about the experience, I would definitely recommend booking with Desa and Aom
