Hatem (the Manager) was exceptionally helpful and handled my booking via WhatsApp with such kindness and professional coordination — he truly makes you feel like a valued guest. The therapist, Ocha, was absolutely amazing. Even though she is a new addition to the team, her Balinese massage technique is flawless and easily one of the best I have experienced in Dubai. What also sets this branch apart is the ambience; it is far superior to many other spas in Dubai, providing a truly tranquil and premium environment. Soul Senses remains my favorite spa because of this level of care, talent, and atmosphere. Highly recommended!
