I honestly always have great experience with this studio. The classes are consistently engaging and well-structured, and the equipment is always clean and well-maintained which makes every session feel comfy and safe. I also really appreciate the shower rooms as they’re tidy and convenient, especially after a good workout. The instructors are also knowledgeable, motivating, and genuinely invested in helping everyone get the most out of each class. I’d also like to commend the staff who accommodate us so warmly. Sir Darrel and Ms. Rhean, in particular, bring such a lively and welcoming energy every time we walk into the studio. Their positive attitude really sets the mood before classes even begin, and it makes a big difference in the overall experience. For me, this is one of my fave studios in dubai 💗

From the moment I arrived, I felt so welcomed—receptionist Daryl gave me a warm greeting, a great introduction to the studio, and was incredibly helpful. I also really appreciated his prompt and supportive replies to my WhatsApp messages, which made everything feel easy and stress-free. Coach Alya was amazing—knowledgeable, motivating, and especially great for a first-timer. She explained everything clearly, offered helpful cues and modifications, and made the class both challenging and fun. The studio has an incredible vibe, and I left feeling strong, energized, and excited to come back. Highly recommend Soul MVNT Studio and Coach Alya!
Tamara is a wonderful coach. She truly took her time to explain the equipment clearly Her approach was patient, professional, and very supportive throughout the class, which I really appreciated. I just love this studio, the front of house team the instructors and the owner paloma just such a great place, as soon as u walk in u feel apart of the family, always greeted with smiles! Special shout out to FOH Pauline and Rhea are gems!! Love you all The studio itself is gorgeous amazing and the variety of classes is great you never get bored!! I love this studio so much🥹💛 not just for its magical atmosphere and cute design. I love Lisa’s classes. 🔥The way she instructs and teaches is absolutely brilliant. Sculpt classes are my favorite, and last week I tried the Lagree Pro for the first time. I’m obsessed ☺️ it gives you strength and teaches you to feel your body in a completely different way through the slow, controlled flow 😎 And Life… honestly the most fun and fiery teacher ever! 💛
