I had a wonderful experience at Soft Light Aesthetics. From the moment I walked in, the space felt clean, calming, and very professional. The team is welcoming and takes the time to explain everything clearly, which instantly made me feel comfortable and well cared for. A special mention to Nurse Jojo — she is absolutely amazing. She is knowledgeable, gentle, and incredibly attentive. She listened carefully to my concerns, explained the procedure thoroughly, and made sure I was comfortable every step of the way. Her expertise and warm approach really stood out and made the whole experience stress-free. I truly appreciate the attention to detail and the genuine care provided here. Had my HIFU appointment on May 10. Overall experience was 3.5/5. Booking was easy and the staff were accommodating. The doctor (forgot her name as no name tag on her) was very sweet and careful during the 7D HIFU since I have low pain tolerance. I’m starting to see some results now, and thankfully there was no swelling after the procedure. A few areas for improvement though. I booked the face + neck package advertised at AED 299, but later found out it was for 4D HIFU and ended up paying AED 449+ for 7D. As a first-timer, I wish the differences and pricing were explained more clearly during booking or before the procedure. I also expected a quick consultation first to check if the treatment suited my face and to explain the process better. I did ask for it though. From what I’ve seen on social media, some clinics also do skin analysis or draw guide lines on the face before treatment, but there was nothing like that during my session. I guess I expected a bit more for the AED 449+ price point. Another thing to note is the parking — it’s AED 15/hour, and came early & stayed around 2 hours, so that added AED 30.

Each step was explained simply, which built trust and comfort throughout the session. A strong sense of safety and quality was present the whole time. Ma’am Jojo was very helpful during my facial treatment. She clearly explained the results and what I needed to do for my face. After completing the third treatment, I can already see that the results are evident. Highly recommended
