I went to Sofitel spa for massage yesterday and it was a truly amazing experience ☀️ Spa is quite spacey: there are three indoor pools, one outdoor pool, sauna, steam room and three relaxation lounges. The ambiance is serene and I loved big windows that could provide a feeling you are close to nature. Reception team greeted me in a very welcomed and professional manner. Therapist I had massage with, Erna, did awesome job! She took care of all the moments I’ve put to the consultation form and I had a lovely massage that promoted a deep relaxation. Highly recommended for visiting 🫶🏻
I’ve tried Sofitel Spa by L’Occitane several times and it’s always a great experience. The massages are excellent — special thanks to Rachel for a wonderfully relaxing back massage. The staff is very friendly, and the amenities are top-notch. Highly recommended!
We came for a 90-minute massage, which is meant to be relaxing, but it was very hard, fast and rough - just with a bit of oil. I asked the masseuse if she could slow down a bit and use her thumbs rather than elbows and knuckles, but it didn’t make that much difference. We also had a facial which must have been the worst facial I ever had. The therapist slap bom just applied some products on my face. She massaged my face and that was it the end of it. The other therapist that was given my husband a facial refused to do his extractions her words there were so many. At that stage we were both annoyed and hot .The room sperate from the Hotel Spa ,didn't have aircon. So it pretty much felt like a oven . I would most didn’t definitely not recommend this Spa. So many other good options in Dubai.
