It’s a sad story really. I had gone in for a haircut, stylist recommended hair color as well. I trusted him as I had cut my hair twice with him before, and asked for a warm brown, no bleach. Not only did he bleach my hair, he lied to me about it when I asked. The color was nothing like what I asked, it damaged my hair and texture, and I went from healthy looking hair with minimal maintenance to needing constant heavy maintenance. I don’t know what’s worse, the abuse to my virgin hair, or being lied to after trusting your stylist, or having paid for this. (I got my hair double checked at different salons to get confirmation that he did in fact bleach it. They helped tone it down to a healthier color) I do not recommend at all. I’ll never be going back.
