I had the duo facial at Skin Laundry today and it was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. The clinic is beautiful, clean, and welcoming, and the entire team was professional and friendly. Dr Mohammed Kalla is truly exceptional! He has an incredible understanding of facial anatomy and takes such a thoughtful approach to his work. I feel so lucky to have come across this salon! I knew from the moment I walked in to the warm welcome from the staff that I had come to the right place. All of the staff are so friendly, and the salon itself is so luxurious! I signed up to one of their amazing laser facial offers, and I am amazed by the instant results! While I don’t have any issue with the clinic itself, the booking experience has been consistently terrible. Last week, I had a confirmed appointment for Friday via WhatsApp, yet when I arrived, the receptionist couldn’t even find my booking. I was only seen because another client didn’t show up. I then booked another appointment in advance for this coming Thursday, only to receive a reminder with a completely different date and time. This kind of disorganization is unacceptable and shows a serious lack of coordination. Unfortunately, this has completely affected my trust in the clinic. I will be completing my current laser membership, but I will not be returning after that.
So I am somewhere between a 3 and 4 rating on my Skin Laundry experience but it is simply because I have monthly laser sessions with my dermatologist. But the concept of bringing Ipl and Yag laser to the masses outside the core of dermatologist office in a branded atmosphere was worthy of an visit. The technician was friendly and precise .But the depth pentration of the laser was minimal and wasn't customized unlike the dermatologist. However my skin definitely felt more hydrated afterwards so if you are after a facial I would skip the facial instead go to Skin Laundry. The laser benefits are minimal but still a better skin treatment than a just regular facial. The location is really convenient and the staff was friendly and eager to help.
