I got the eyelid vein laser treatment at this clinic with Dr Touma and I regret it so much and would not recommend. I have not seen any improvement in the appearance of my veins, and instead I am experiencing increased discoloration on my eyelids even after using Vaseline/aquaphor. The procedure itself was extremely painful. The doctor did not explain the process beforehand thoroughly and began the laser treatment without any numbing or cooling. The explanation for why no numbing was used was given while the laser was already being applied, which was distressing and uncomfortable. When I visited vein clinics for my undereye in New York, numbing or cooling gel was always used, and the procedure was thoroughly explained in advance AND I saw results. The appointment also felt rushed. He basically kept lasering away without stopping after I was in pain. Felt like he was trying to shove the ocular shields into my eye. He does not have a gentle touch and THESE ARE MY EYES. The focus appeared to be primarily on one eye, which left me feeling uncertain about the completeness of the treatment. In my past experiences, clinics invited me back for complimentary touch-ups after two weeks; this was not discussed during my visit. Dr. Touma seemed to do a half job just so I’d come back and pay additional money for another session. I was honestly appalled. Be efficient the first time around like a real doctor. Additionally, I waited over an hour past my appointment time to be seen, which I found unacceptable. After the procedure, I did not receive any written aftercare instructions by email or text. Every professional clinic I have previously visited provided clear aftercare guidance, especially for a procedure involving the delicate eyelid area. The only positive aspect of my visit was the kindness of the nursing staff. Overall, I regret undergoing this procedure at this clinic and would not return. I felt insufficiently informed, inadequately cared for, and disappointed with both the experience and the results.

I can’t recommend Skin Experts Clinic enough — the level of professionalism and results are truly unmatched. Having lived in Dubai for over 12 years, I’ve tried at least 50 clinics, and I can honestly say I’ve never had results like this. I’m beyond happy. Dr. Dany is exceptionally talented. I’ve done Botox and specialized laser treatments with him, and the results are always flawless, natural and refined. He is also highly specialized in skin cancer, which adds an extra level of trust. Dr. Zainab is amazing for advanced lasers, skin rejuvenation, and tightening. I’ve loved all my results with her. Dr. Ali is also incredible — highly skilled, professional, and specialized in skin related issues and skin cancer. The entire team and staff are wonderful, professional, welcoming, and attentive. Nurse Maria, along with the rest of the team, truly elevates the experience with their care and attention to detail. Overall, I wouldn’t trust my skin with anyone else.

One of the few places that is fully committed to client wellbeing along with tailor made plan for clients skin health. Consistency of technicians , familiarity and knowledge of doctors and at the same time gentle hand holding on recommendations as well as guidance on what’s beneficial or not and not just a trend. Spot on! Highly recommended.

I was recently diagnosed with early stage white skin cancer on my nose and was recommended MOHS surgery. I consulted many doctors, all of them told me I would most likely need a skin graft (taking skin from behind my ear and placing it on my nose!!) and even said the result would "not look good". Im only 36 and I was really worried about how im gonna look after the procedure. Luckily my husband found Dr. Dany who was the first doctor who offered a different solution. From the very beginning, I could feel his experience and expertise. He performed surgery that avoided a graft entirely, and I’m so grateful for this. The surgery went smoothly, the staff is professional and friendly. I felt very good throughout this whole process! The scar is healing beautifully so far. I already feel optimistic that it will soon be barely visible. Thank you Dr. Dany + Team!

Very disappointing experience. I booked an appointment with Dr. Samar, and the clinic changed my appointment from 12:45 PM to 12:15 PM, then back to 12:45 PM. On the day of the appointment, I received a call at 11:46 AM asking if I could instead come at 2:15 PM. Patients have work, family commitments, and schedules to manage. Constantly changing appointment times at the last minute is unprofessional and shows little respect for patients time. Will not be returning.
