The service was very good I liked moroccan bath too much
I tried the King package, most expensive one 1000 AED, which is supposed to include two hours of Moroccan bath, Jacuzzi, massage, and other services, but it was the worst service I have ever experienced. The place is noisy, and you can hear all the guests, making relaxation impossible. The baths stink due to old plumbing. The staff lacks proper experience in Moroccan baths and massages, and their professionalism is poor. They focus more on offering expensive extra services rather than to focus on the main booked service! Complaints go unheard, and the service is honestly not worth a penny. Despite the advertised two hours, the actual effective time is less than an hour, as you're often left alone in the bath, and the staff frequently leaves even during the massage due to constant door knocks. Honestly, you would be better off taking a shower at home, having your own coffee, and listening to your own music. Not recommended!
