This was my first time visiting the City Walk branch of Sisters and it was an absolute 10/10 experience. Everyone was so nice and helpful the minute I arrived, and the atmosphere is very friendly, calming and relaxing. I booked a BIAB infill with Kusum who is a complete ray of sunshine, she is just so lovely and got my nails perfect. I was actually 20 minutes late for my appointment and Kusum and team fit me in with no issues at all. I will 100% be a regular here from now on!
Beautiful and convenient location. Unfortunately, the quality of manicure and pedicure is so bad - is for one day. They don't know how to cut cuticles, they just chew them with tweezers and consider it a masterpiece. They impose tritements very much. There are also no equipped pedicure chairs, and manicures are done on a pillow. Don't recommend it. I'm attaching a photo of a pedicure that's less than a day old.
I had an absolutely excellent experience with Cleo! She’s always so attentive, very detail-oriented, showed me all color options and helped me choose. She also works efficiently and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. She truly is the best technician and I always always go for her! ❤️ Thank you so much for always being so wonderful Cleo!
I had such a lovely experience with my manicure and pedicure, doing both treatments at the same time was so convenient and relaxing. The ladies were incredibly kind, professional and attentive, and they really made me feel taken care of. The salon atmosphere was calm, quiet and peaceful, which made the whole experience even better.
New to this salon & booked myself in to get some highlights/ balayage to come to realize that the girl doing it Fatemeh, has not one pic taken of her job on blonde hair, absolutely nowhere- so she expected me to trust her. My hair is reaching the end of my spine, it took me years to grow it & I could never let an unprofessional touching it. Whatever I was asking from her, it was a “No” or “My job is to apologize “ - she knew I was starting a new job tmrw & I was excited about getting my hair done, however she couldn’t care less & she dismissed me when I asked to show me 1-2 pics of her work. Morning wasted & im beyond disappointed.
