I had a very disappointing experience at this clinic while seeking treatment for recurring facial acne. During my first consultation, Dr. Maitri recommended a hydrafacial and PRP treatment involving microneedling, even though I had active pimples. I completed the first session and saw no improvement. When I raised this concern, I was given a topical antibiotic with steroids — again without meaningful results. My second session was conducted by Dr. Hajra, who repeated a similar procedure and prescribed a 15-day antibiotic course along with a topical ointment. While my skin texture improved slightly, my acne continued to recur without real resolution. Another concern was the inconsistency in pricing. Each sitting was charged differently — AED 700, AED 350, and AED 450 — without any clear explanation. This lack of transparency felt unprofessional. At my most recent visit, I discovered there was poor coordination between doctors. One doctor became upset that another had treated me, insisting I should only see him. This miscommunication within the clinic was confusing and uncomfortable as a patient. During this visit, they also suggested doing PRP in the evening followed by a carbon laser session the next day, which felt rushed and poorly planned considering my ongoing skin issues. What troubled me most was my final experience. I informed the clinic that I had a fever and asked whether it was safe to proceed. I was encouraged to attend after taking Panadol. During the blood draw, the nurse, Preetika, struggled to find a vein and pricked me multiple times without changing the needle. She even squeezed my hand forcefully in an attempt to draw blood, which was painful and distressing. Overall, I experienced ineffective treatment planning, miscommunication, inconsistent pricing, and questionable procedural practices. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this clinic for acne or aesthetic treatments.
