This clearly shows poor technique. Even during the appointment, I had to guide the technician and point out areas that were not properly finished. Despite that, the result was still below basic standards. When I reached out, they refused to take responsibility and asked me to pay again for a fix. Blaming the customer instead of correcting their own mistake shows a complete lack of professionalism. Avoid this place.
I had meni pedi 1 week back it even didnt last one week it was a cleanup only but still on name of products they are charding alot and service is 0 i feel like i havent done meni pedi since ages. No scrub was done and no massage as well even when i went to complain they are not bothered not recommended
31-01-2026 I had an amazing experience with Kishwar! She did an incredible job with my hair color and made sure it matched exactly the color I showed her. She treated my hair with so much care and attention, and even recommended a hair treatment at the end, which made a huge difference. She is genuinely kind, caring, and very professional. I couldn’t be happier with the result and highly recommend her! I had such a lovely facial treatment with Sally. She was professional, gentle, and made me feel completely relaxed throughout the session. I would also like to thank Queen for assisting me with my queries. Thank you both for such a wonderful service—I’ll definitely be back!”

Am so glad I discovered them being so close to where I live. Now I have extremely soft feet and pretty toes thanks to Gina. And the time and patience of Laurie who gave me such beautiful summery acrylic gel nails 💛. Most helpful team indeed.
