I’m honestly disappointed with my recent experience at this salon. I had taken a manicure and pedicure package, which was explained to me as gel. At the reception, I was told that nail art would cost AED 15 extra, which I agreed to. However, once I went inside and showed a very simple design, the staff said they couldn’t do it. When I asked about the AED 15 nail art charge, they then changed the explanation and said AED 15 is only for ONE finger, which was never clearly mentioned earlier. This felt misleading and confusing. Instead of offering alternatives, they kept insisting that I choose from the colors they suggested, and the final color applied did not suit my skin tone at all. There was no professional guidance. On top of this, I was not informed beforehand that there would be an additional charge for removing my previous nail paint. This was only told to me at the time of billing, which felt very unprofessional. Again, it’s not about the money — it’s about how the lack of transparency made me feel as a customer. I ended up paying for a service that I was not satisfied with, which is disappointing. The only positive part of my visit was the threading service, which was done well. Overall, I feel the salon really needs to improve on clear communication, honest pricing, and customer satisfaction.
The massage was okay and helped me relax after months of traveling, plus the location is convenient to my apartment. However, the nail service was highly disappointing. The clippers used weren't sharp enough for my cuticles, and my polish started chipping after only two days. To make matters worse, the staff held a loud meeting inside during my service. It was so noisy it completely ruined the spa atmosphere, and I actually had to ask the lady to close the door. Very disappointed.
I went in for a haircut (Butterfly) and I absolutely loved it. Personal I feel like the price is a lil high but the service is very good. Friendly staffs. Clean and tidy environment. Loved it. Thankyou so much. I'll definitely come again.
