I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Silkor Dubai. For the second time in two years, my skin was badly burned after a laser session at this center. This was not a normal “sensitive skin” reaction. I am now being treated by a doctor, who confirmed that this reaction is not normal and is most likely due to an issue with the laser equipment or the way it was used. My skin had redness, bumps, irritation and burn marks. Even after the retouch, I still have hair, so the result was poor and my skin was damaged again. Last year, the same thing happened and it ruined my whole summer. What is even more disappointing is the lack of proper follow-up, apology, or compensation. I trusted them twice, and both times I ended up with damaged skin. I would not recommend this center for laser treatments.
I had a great laser hair removal experience at Silkor. The staff were very welcoming and helpful from start to finish. Special shoutout to April. She made the whole process smooth and comfortable. Highly recommended!

I’ve had a wonderful experience doing my full body laser at Silkor. The team is exceptional and are always available to assist you as well as accommodate all of your needs both before and after the laser sessions. In just a couple of sessions I have seen a massive difference! My personal favorite technician is Famela; however, I have had many different ones and they are all just as great!
Silkor in Jumeirah is such a beautiful and welcoming place. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere felt calm and inviting, and everything was handled with such care. A big thank you to Christina, who was absolutely wonderful. She was kind, attentive, and made the whole experience feel special. You can tell she truly cares about her clients, and it really shows in the way she works. I couldn’t recommend Silkor more and if you go, definitely ask for Christina. She’s amazing!
