My experience at the clinic was wonderful. I had filler and under-eye treatment, and the results were beautiful and very natural. The work was professional and well done. Dr. Asma is friendly, and her treatment is very gentle! I had hyaluronic acid booster and botox and no downtime thanks to her great skills! Also mgr Omar was very friendly!🙌 Signature has Korean equipments such as liftera hydrafacial and etc. that are well known for great skin treatments! 👍✨

This clinic is scam, First they give us promotion deal but when we already enrolled and done our first session for they start changing the price, they said now our promotion expired and prices increased you need to pay more for 2nd session, basically they are not professionals and scammers , Just a money making machine they have no time for follow up and really bad service I was promised medicine for my treatment including oral tablets I am in severe pain but I never got my prescription and no one bothered to send the medicine We followed up twice now with nurses they said they emailed it but never got it Just terrible They are quick to take payment but don’t care about actually giving medicine to patients. they give you little information I think it’s a waste of money *Lack of Valuable Information:** Throughout the consultation, the doctor did not provide me with any new or insightful information about my skin condition. Instead, he simply reiterated details I was already aware of. To make matters worse, he spent a significant amount of time trying to upsell me on his future laser services, which came across as pushy and opportunistic rather than genuinely caring about my well-being. Overall, my experience with at the signature plus medical center was underwhelming and disappointing. I expected a higher level of professionalism, expertise, and patient care, but unfortunately, I left feeling like I had wasted both my time and money on a consultation that offered me little to no benefit. Please note that my review is not targeting the doctor or the level of healthcare the clinic provides, I did not complete that part. Following the laser hair removal session performed using one of your clinic’s devices, I began to experience severe itching and discomfort in my intimate area. Due to the worsening symptoms, I was forced to consult a gynecologist. After medical examination, I was informed that I was suffering from a genital infection that is commonly classified as a sexually transmitted infection. This diagnosis caused me extreme emotional distress and embarrassment, particularly in front of my husband. It led to serious tension between us and nearly resulted in a marital conflict, as there was no clear explanation for how such an infection could have occurred. After carefully reviewing recent events, the only possible cause I could identify was the laser procedure performed at your clinic, as the symptoms started shortly after the session. This raises serious concerns regarding the hygiene standards, sterilization procedures, and safety protocols followed in your clinic, especially with devices used in sensitive areas. I consider this matter extremely serious, as it has caused me: • Physical harm and ongoing discomfort • Psychological and emotional distress • Social and marital embarrassment • Additional medical expenses for consultation and treatment I request a full investigation into this incident, including a review of the laser device hygiene and infection control measures. I also expect a formal explanation and appropriate action to be taken to prevent such incidents from happening to other patients.

I had two facial services and a Dermapen treatment with dr Aya the dermatologist, and I’m going back for my third session because I genuinely trust her with my skin. She’s knowledgeable, professional and very honest, she only recommends what’s truly needed. You can tell she really understands skin and customizes everything carefully. On top of that, her energy is absolutely positive and welcoming. My husband and I will definitely continue visiting her. Highly recommended!
