I recently underwent a CT coronary angiography. From the moment I was admitted and given a patient gown until the completion of the procedure and recovery, the care provided by the medical staff and physicians was outstanding. In addition, the hospital environment was exceptionally clean, well organized, and beautifully designed. I would like to express my sincere appreciation to Mr. Khorsand and Mr. Johari, the department managers, as well as Dr. Kajouri, the cardiologist, and Dr. Khoshnood, the hospital’s CEO, for creating and maintaining such a comfortable and pleasant healthcare environment. Unfortunately, my experience at Clinic Shiraz was not positive. The waiting time exceeded 25 minutes despite having an appointment, which is not acceptable. Additionally, I was quoted 1900 AED for a simple allergy test, which seems excessively high. I would not recommend this clinic based on my experience. I was so shocked that I told the staff I’d rather fly to Germany and get it done cheaper. Immediately, she said she would speak to the manager to offer a discount. This kind of pricing feels dishonest and untrustworthy. I would not recommend this clinic.
I had a dentist appointment with doctor ahmad toomaj , The doctor was truly professional. Dr. Ahmed made my dental crown, which many dentists said they couldn't fix (because it was a broken laminate), very well and with the best German materials.... He gave me a very good sense of security by sharing all the brands of materials with me. I am grateful to him. Thank you so much doctor toomaj 🙏🏻🌹
In one word: excellent The staff and the center manager (Mr. Abdulmajid) and the receptionist, were extremely polite, professional, and kind 🙏🏻 Most importantly Dr. Asad Abdi the neurologist, listened patiently to my concerns and reviewed my brain MRI with great professionalism which helped address my issue effectively. I truly appreciate the quality of care at this medical center and would highly recommend it to others.
Very bad experience with Dr. Hamid Sajadi. He seemed more interested in money than in proper treatment. I paid 2745 AED and was told that my condition would be fine within 7 days. When I returned after 10 days, instead of solving the issue, I was asked to pay an additional 650 AED for a new consultation. In the end, I went to another doctor and discovered that most of what Dr. Sajadi told me was incorrect. I do not recommend him at all.
