I have visited this salon about 3–4 times, but unfortunately my experience has not been good. The receptionist is very unprofessional. Whenever we arrive, she greets and acknowledges my friend but ignores me even when I smile at her. It makes me feel very unwelcome. During my last visit, I requested the same staff member who did my nails previously, but she refused and kept giving excuses even after I explained that I wanted her to do my service. What is more disappointing is that we even purchased their promo card worth AED2000 (for services worth 2500), and I was the one registered for it. Despite that, the way I was treated made me feel unwelcome and uncomfortable.Very disappointing experience.
Shani Ate May Chipo Roxana and Hoa are all very nice. Service was excellent. We did mani pedi foot spa etc and we are very satisfied. Will be back soon! Thanks Ladies!!
My first visit to ‘Shi beauty lounge’ was wonderful. I was thrilled with my haircut and hair color done by PASSANG and best Relaxing Massage BY ROKSANA, they have a great vibe and so friendly. I visited as always Shi beauty lounge which is located in alrigga and I am very satisfied with the hair services, stylist Miss Passang she is very good and polite and salon is very clean so I recommend to everyone just visit ones and get the many offers which is very suitable prices after you guys not dispointed by service and offers .
