The receptionist has already stood out several times due to her harsh tone. However, the final straw was the last incident, when she practically shouted at me and raised her voice at me. On that occasion, I was 10 minutes late, so the session was ended 10 minutes earlier. My therapist then told me that she would make up for those 10 minutes during the next session, what was her own idea to offer me this. When I came the next time, I was shouted at and told that it was not their problem if a client arrives late. It was a truly uncomfortable and shocking situation, especially considering that I have been going there regularly for over a year and spend so much money there. The second issue was that my regular therapist was not present, even though I had clearly stated that I only wanted to be treated by her. But the receptionist had problems with appointment scheduling in general. She also spam me several times to confirm not existing appointments. Anyways, the new therapist applied so much pressure to my rib area that I have now suffered a rib contusion. All of this happened on the same day. Additionally, when I left the treatment room, the receptionist named Tony was laughing to herself, as if she were mocking the situation and making it even more humiliating. I contacted the owner via email before taking any further action. I have received no response from her either. Apparently, disrespect is a common practice within this company. I will definitely file a formal complaint — not only because of Tony’s behavior, but also because of the rib injury I sustained due to what appears to be an inexperienced therapist.
